Meet your COACH
Lisa Philyaw (she/her) is your coach and facilitator for this course. She is Co-Founder of Beliefseed, a personal transformation company that specializes in helping people create more self confidence so they can do their work, their way. 

Lisa has a Master's in Psychology and has coached in over 1,000 client sessions on topics of confidence, decision making, setting boundaries at work, knowing what you want, people pleasing, communication, and more.
